Privacy notice

Notice provided under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to visitors of this site and to anyone writing to the office.

Data collected through browsing

The site is made of static pages. It sets no profiling cookies, embeds no third-party content, uses no traffic analytics and does not profile visitors. Web fonts are served from this same domain, so visiting the site involves no transfer of data to third-party providers.

The hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, status) for security and service continuity. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These records are kept for [30] days.

Data sent by email

This site hosts no contact form: anyone wishing to write does so from their own mail client. In that case I process the data you choose to include in your message.

• Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, where relevant, assessing whether to accept instructions.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: [24] months from the last contact if no instructions follow. Where instructions follow, professional record-keeping periods apply.
• Recipients: the email service provider, appointed as a processor under art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disseminated and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Please do not send special categories of data under art. 9 GDPR (health, beliefs, sexual orientation) or criminal-offence data by ordinary email. If the matter calls for them, we will go through them at the first meeting.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and object to processing, as well as portability where applicable (arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to studio@angeladangelo.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Professional secrecy

Data processed in the course of a professional engagement is covered by professional secrecy under art. 13 of Law 247/2012 and art. 28 of the Italian Code of Conduct for Lawyers.
